With the 8th graders having to pick a choice of school in the greater Knoxville area and any out-of-state enrollers moving in from the SouthEast region of the Tennessee border states......I'd predict it'll be Alcoa. They've got dominant line play and seem to have it going on pretty well.

Serious question...Can anyone print the booster club information for Alcoa on this board. There's some others out here that need to learn how to organize. Not looking for anything "suspect / wink-wink", but just need some "stars" that are willing to transfer...

Such as: C. Cherry (Austin-East), C. Pagach (Independence), B. Winton (IMG), S. McCrary (California), C.Burden (Sevier County)....I think it's great Alcoa had these athletes pick a spot to play and transfer in and show up at Alcoa. No good football schools in California I guess.

Pagasch and McCreary were bad.

Not the good kind of bad.

Burden was a good athlete, but none on the level of Buckles and Graf when it came to running that Alcoee offense.

Facts. You left of that Oggs experiment that went bad and cost Alcoa a championship....sigh.

My thoughts.........Stick with home grown youth programs for the heart and soul of a TEAM.

Transfers can often turn into ME's.......

 5th to 15th in whole state last year depending on opinion. So no probably not “any” classification.

Alcoa, they have a bunch of underclassmen that developed, Jamir Dean will have a breakout year.
