I saw the part where they asked why she wasn’t eligible.   But it wasn’t on the agenda so the board didn’t discuss it and the board member told the team they could meet after the meeting to let them know what they know.  Hopefully it at least gets the wheels turning.

 

The board chairman came back the next day saying he doesn’t have the power to change the Directors decision and it’s ultimately up to him, I saw the email. JTF

Just my understanding of the situation… the school did a home check on her and the family to make sure she actually lived at the address they gave the school, the place was getting renovated and the family wasn’t there at the time of the check and there was no physical signs they lived there so that disqualified her to play right away because there was no “change of address” which if she wasn’t a senior she would get to play next year… still sucks she has had to do this her senior year and I hope I’m wrong and she gets to play soon. 

Residency checks were done when the administration was informed by the family they wouldn’t be there, and the family was told that it was ok and residency checks would be performed when they were moved in. JTF

I was just told it was checked and this was back when the kid was playing her first year at the school she transferred to. May have been the school.

T$$AA will make the county schools tow the line when it comes to Memphis anything goes. It’s a total double standard.

Exactly one year from the date of her last game, which this year the district tournament is moved back one week so it actually helps her and the player that moved to Stone Memorial.

I hope she gets a chance to play against LA in districts. Poetic justice would be at work. What this girl has been through because of of adult ego is just pitiful & sinister. I hope this dark cloud hangs over all those involved in this mess a very long time.

LA's final game was on February 23rd last season. Did she play until the final game?
