You are having a hard time admitting you are wrong bud, Freshman Principal is 100% an administrative position. There is an entry admin position called AA which is actually what he is doing but it is STILL an admin position. It looks like he may have previously been an instructional coach and his page was not updated. No one is insulting you, just letting you know the facts. Anyway last post from me on this subject.

My money is on this explanation.

Now those parents can get out the silverware and plates again and throw those plastic forks & spoons along with the paper plates away when having the team over for a celebration.

That might be the most racist #### #### i’ve ever seen on this website

@CoachT don’t believe this is allowed on your website?

Barn you either have an inside source or you are close to someone over there at Bearden to know this kind of information?

I don't know, haven't we all heard some theft rumors out of bearden during JJs tenure?  No idea if they're true.  Dawgz could probably tell us.

I wouldn't gloat were i you. It wasn't offered to Brad until late afternoon yesterday.

It was a split decision,  as well. Certainly not a slam dunk.

What do you mean by a split decision? Are we talking someone else was  almost hired. Are we talking horseshoes and hand grandes?

    • Agree with most of this and add that it takes a "type A" personality to be successful as the top guy. Lots of folks are knowledgeable of the game, have the skills to co-ordinate scheduling, officials, duties, rosters, etc... What they lack is natural charisma and the innate ability to convince young men that they care for them, and what they're teaching them will make them successful if they contribute their effort. Football can be learned...leaders are born.
    • Understandable. I honestly couldn’t remember. When you lose your starting QB especially in high school it’s a big blow
    • Gotta keep it real here.  Nobody is twisting their arm making them coach football.  There are more high school football coaches around here than ever.  Schools that have the same enrollment today as they had 50 years ago have 5-6 coaches instead of two.  Every head coaching vacancy will get a flood of applications.  Well over 20 at West Carroll from what I read earlier in this thread.  There's more men getting into coaching each year than are getting out.  The fact is that there are far too many high school football coaches out there.  Like I said, just keeping it real.
    • Off the top of my head WV finished 3rd and RC finished 4th. I think both lost close games in the first round. Overall they were pretty evenly matched last year.
    • I’m gonna be tapped in for that Marion Co. game 🪶 🔥
