Upperman 2025 schedule

What I seen was Brutal. One of the hardest, if not the hardest regions in 4a in the state. 3rd place team in the region, Macon, won the 4a title. Only 4 home games in 2025.

Probably the toughest schedule Upperman has ever had. I like that we scheduled Greeneville. They are always good so we should have an idea of what we look like early.

They've been needing to toughen up the schedule for a while now. It's a big jump from Smith Co, Lebanon, White House and Fayetteville but it looks like they're wanting to prevent another early exit in the playoffs like last year and preparing for the inevitable matchup with Alcoa.

I'm not claiming to know it all but I too think it's the toughest schedule yet for the Bees. They're making a lot of long trips for the non-district opponents

Those 4 teams were traditional power programs but have all fell off in recent years. Just as how Trousdale was dropped in previous rescheduling.

True. Although Upperman has outgrown scheduling 1A-2A opponents like in years past so it'll be good to face stiff competition. Of course there's gotta be exceptions for good teams like York otherwise finding games will be difficult. Unfortunately the Bees have to look far outside the UC to find suitable teams to schedule but that's just how it is

Alcoa is definitely a good team. Will they win the state probably. The thing is you never know what can happen. The best part is this the state championship is not won on here. It is won on the football field. So you never know what can happen.

True. Had a fan on here saying UHS could never win state in Boys Basketball or Football.  Looks like part of that narrative has changed

Football will be hard to win. Alcoa is a different type team. You better be ready or they will beat the crap out of you. Can they be beat? Yes but it is going to be hard. There is some really good teams in 4A so we will see.

alcoas gold ball is won on here...and anywhere else they want to win it
