if he does indeed get a p4 QB offer, I wonder if he would be an early enrollee...  Aren't most p4 QBs getting to school in January to start development and learning the playbook?

He has 8 total d-1 offers, two of which is P4  at QB, seeing that he picked up another yesterday. Some do enroll early but not all. I say is close to 50/50

This is definitely being talked about and I could see it happening. A lot of schools now are requesting their athletes be on campus by January. It's a pretty cool setup IMO. In return, this would really hurt UHS boys basketball team. Chaffin is really the only true size we have.

Johnson is 6-4 225 and an animal and Hall is what 6-3 they have plenty of size to go around!

They do. I wasn't discounting those kids! I just think of Chaffin as being more dominant. Johnson and Hall would both be a load to handle, no doubt!
