Whether OR has success in 2025 will be determined by OL play IMO. If run blocking and pass blocking is not efficient then OR will struggle to get wins. Having talented skill players helps, but is not the equalizer against teams with equal skill players, line play is, particularly the OL.  I think the step up to 6a is bigger than what most are presuming. Hope OR has a quality OL coach that can develop from preseason to postseason.

To win in 6A you are right. You have to have good line play with skill players. 
 

OR has the skill players but the line play is lacking. That will show in the region games.

More like paying rent to a realtor 

Rent in OR for a year may be worse than the tuition.  $900 a month for one bedroom E-1 Apartments. New stuff is a lot higher.

Not if you are “renting” from your coach who owns the property
