I wouldn't blame the current state of the program on BS at all. He spent 5 years at TC and went roughly 40-20. I don't know what the talent level is there now but he could have seen the writing on the wall. It's also not like his move to Upperman was a bad one. I can never blame someone for leaving a position for their family or for better pay/circumstances. Great guy and coach! 

However, I've not heard BS name in the mix for the White County job. I would assume deadline for applicants would be coming to a halt so they can get someone in place. I think admin is feeling a little pressure that no "big names" have applied.
