HC opening @ South Fulton

After 12 season Coach Eric Knott has stepped down as HC and has accepted a DC position at Milan. Hate to see him go, he’s been a heck of a coach and an even better man to the kids at Sf. Best wishes to him. Hopefully we get a good one to replace him that sticks around like he has.

I don't know much about Knott, but SF had a good year this past year and everyone seems to speak very highly of him, hopefully we will have success at Milan. Who do you hope gets the HC job?

I’ve got one guy in mind that may have some high interest that would be a solid score but who knows with all that goes on in the school system.

I’d probably hire Coach Garmon or make a call to Coach Clayton Morris who still lives in SF if i’m not mistaken

Might be more of attractive job than people think with a solid middle school class coming up

Yeah coach morris is going to willingly leave obion county for less money. Let's go with that 🫣

He is a SF alumni .. might be his dream job  idk …. plus i’d consider less money instead of being stuck finishing last in an absolutely stacked region and losing to westview 70-0 every year lol

That’s right .. well he does live in SF , and maybe his wife went there ? or definitely used to so my point remains the same … and i’d much rather go back in a region without Peabody and the swap of WC and Union City .. that region did get worse

If Morris wouldn’t have landed at Oc before now I would say he would be a shoe in. But like Cartman said, even though being in the same school system I’d highly doubt the pay would even be close. And on top of that I’d doubt Oc would let him get away since SF is the red headed step child of the county. 
 

But yes his wife was an SF alum and they do still live here and their daughter still goes to SF from what I understand. 

I havent heard any updates though what so ever. Surely we will hear something in the next week or so.

SF is in Obion Co school system. The pay is same at SF and Central

Maybe it is, I have no way to confirm that. Just guessing at that point.
