Guess South Gibson, Gibson Co & Jackson South Side were the best Tennessee teams I saw. Played some very good out of state teams at the Murray camp. Got to brag some about my Huntingdon Fillies. Finished 18-6 for the summer beating some pretty good teams. I figured this would be a learning year for these youngins but no these girls are ready compete now. All 4 of our freshmen are very good young players. We're a program to watch. Our middle school.has as much if not more talent than our high squad. .
Preppy
York going to win it without Beaty. She was great. But they'll win it. And then we'll all wonder how that happened. It's going to happen.

I can't ever remember a year when it was this wide open. I am always a Gibson County homer but I love the makeup of our team this year. Got four guards and 3 of them have been point guards. We will play fast and aggressive on both ends and if we handle the ball like I think we will we will be very competitive to the buzzer sounds. Got two really good post players. There is no dominant team. Huntingdon will be a handful and a team I wouldn't want to have to play in a do or die game. Loretto is going to be balanced as well. York, Westview, Gatlinburg Pittman, Union City, Summertown, Smith County will be in the mix. Memphis Business Academy might the the best team in the state talent wise. Decatur County, JCM, Liberty and Adamsville's District will be tough as well. Very balanced AA and I may have missed some but it is wide open. Glass House causes that to happen to most teams.

I think Cloudland and Unaka could make it from the far east as well as clay. I don't know anything about the west this year

I saw a rebuilding clarkrange beat a reloading north greene by 15. Shields and Unaka are tough. I see them making it to state. My girls freshmen year, I foresaw this being Cloudlands year. I didn't forsee those girls leaving Elizabethton and north greene adding talent. But I told them we are still good enough to do it. The most athletic starting 5 ever at Cloudland. If we get a couple things fixed then look out.

Coalfield looked really good at state. Wouldn't suprise me if they are real good without the PG. They could play. Greenfield will be good. But I don't know other than them if anyone can compete with the teams I mentioned. I like Greenfield's team. They have a lot of really good young players that can play. Have a great culture. They will be around a while. Loaded. Edited June 24 by pioneer42
