TICKET PRICES

I know most people think that tickets to NBA games are expensive but that actually isn't the case. Every home game day the ticket office at the pyramid sells tickets for 5 dollars! Granted they aren't the best seats, but they aren't behind the goal, they are on the far side top section I believe.

 

I know you can get four tickets, four cokes, and four hot dogs for 44 dollars to a few select games...for a family of four thats only 11 dollars for all of that...If you are in high school you could easily find 3 guys to come with you and that would be a great deal in my opinion.

 

I know some regular tickets to the games start as low as 9 dollars...the grizzlies aren't the greatest, but there is some talent there, and if they were playing in the Eastern Conference and not the Western, they would have a better record...It's kinda hard beating the Lakers, Kings, Mavericks, Spurs, and even the Rockets.

People always whine about ticket prices and how much it costs to go to a game. Well, if you want four courtside seats, two programs, six beers, six hot dogs, a jersey, a hat, two cokes, and some ice cream, of course it will cost a fortune. If you eat at home or on the way downtown, get seats upstairs, and don't buy much at the arena (or stadium for baseball/football), it doesn't cost much at all.

 

Stupidity ain't cheap.
