FCS is a team that has had the potential all year. Their coach had them prepared in all aspects and the girls played their hearts out to get the win.

congratulations to friendship, they played a heckuva ballgame to beat celina tonight. coach hemingway had this team ready to play to beat one of the top teams in the state. this team can definitely do some damage into the state tournament if they keep playing like this. i like friendship by 5 over westmoreland in the region finals.

Good job friendship. District 8A has proved alot of people wrong. We were suppose to be at hom now, but guess what we're going to substate! Thats so great!. Go Lady Eagles, keep playing good!
