Best 13&U boys Teams

Bigdog you may be under rating the Nashville teams. The Future, The Nike team and WWC are all excellant teams that should compete well in the state. We know Memphis thinks they are the only ones who can play in the state we will see.

Oak Ridge and the Memphis teams did not cake walk thru the state last year. Last Year's South Central Allies whose players are now on the Future had Oak Ridge down by double-digits at the half of the game, and let it slip away. As well the Allies and the Thunder (who are also now on the Future) both played the YOMCA Tigers close. Now the last year Thunder/Allies are one, The Future. And both beat some Memphis teams in the state last year.

Last year doesn't matter anymore, this year does. Because of the changes in size, speed and maturity at this age some of last years "bigdogs" are this years "pups". Wait and see. If you have a giant #5 man with no hops, you don't have anything. If you have a #1 man under 5'6" that can't handle the rock, you are going home fast.

I'm thru talking until the State. Everyone come get it first hand and don't rely on word of mouth. It's going to be the real deal!

well said airforceone. We will see who the big dogs are when everyone goes to state. It doesnt matter if the future beat the tigers, or wildcats beat the nike, or whatever. It all starts back at square one at state, and we will see who is for real

you really cant say last year doesnt matter. yes theres a change in size, and muscle, and speed. but not a tremendous change. their games want change until next year where you really will notice. not that you cant know. but next year you will see a big difference in these kids games.. another thing, thunder was up on yomca tigers by 14 at half last year. so they dont have a cake walk in yboa or aau

I agrre with bdoes post. I played last year, i play this year, and the teams that were dominate then are still dominate know.

The YOMCA won the state by 30 over Oak Ridge, they dominated everyone, what games were you watching?

I agree YOMCA has to be the favorite going into the State. The bulls may not be the same team without coach Jefferson who was a great coach and is missed by all of us who competed against him. Vet tell us about YOMCA who is back from last years team how do the look this year? What about Memphis elite?

It's the same team with 3 additions, Edwin Dorsey from the Blackhawks, a 6'3" post and a 6'2" post.

Everybody should know who is the best because the Future has the best team in nashville and i pick them to win the state. Why? you ask because they stay cool under pressure there first five are all leaders don't be surprised if they place big in the nationals.
