(May Madness) 13-under tournament

There will be a 13-under boys season-ending basketball tournament at Central Middle School in Wartburg on Friday, May 30th and saturday may 31st with a 3-game guarantee. Who's in charge of this tournament? Will it just be 13U or will there be teams with 14 and 15 year olds? Please let me know because the last time we came down that way, a lot of teams were older then 13 years old.
