Serious Cross Country Runners

Hey how many miles do you guys run on average every day? I was just wondering because I don't run C.C.

I typically run 4 to 5 miles a day on average. On a tough day I'll run 7-8.

i am the real david varn, davidvarnplavich5 is a young fellow named nicholas forte posing as myself, the real david varn, and i run 8 miles on an average day, but my receding hairline has become a real factor and in an attempt to save my hair i am down to only 100 meters a day, bc i find the more i sweat, the more hair i lose
