Rhea Co.
im gonna be a senior and this is my first year playin golf. i have played since i was 6 or 7 but never on a team. i have always played football and i have chose to play golf this year i can shoot as good as a 34 but i avg. around 36 37 and i was wonderin what it takes to get a scholarship? For a small school you would have to shoot some where around even to 2 over to 2 under every round pretty much. Now for a big time college golf like at ETSU, Tennessee, UTC. Under almost every round by at least 2 and lower. I play with Hunter Green the 2 time state champ and he shoots on our home cousre around 5 to 7 under almost every round. That is why he is going to play at one of the bigger programs in college. On top of that it helps to play independent events, Vince Gill Jr Golf Tour, AJG Tour Events, and winning in the District, Region, and State. And really work with your coach in getting your name and resume out to college that you would want to play for and this is one of the biggest steps in the whole process.
