Best of Region 2A

Another very good linebacker is John Douglass of CAK. He only played in 6 games last year due to an ankle injury but still managed 60 tackles. He could also be considered to be the best athelte in Region 2-A along with Helton of Greenback. What kind of numbers did Packy Woods put up last season?

douglas for oneida is a heck of a player at DB, will be starting back for the indians this year(coreect me if wrong), and he had some good punt returns last year too

Is Jason Patty the extremely quick noseguard for greenback? If not, whoever that is deserves some recognition.

Woods had more than 100 hits and I think he's #54. There were a few games when he led the Green Waves in tackles instead of Allen.

i do understand where your coming from brian, honestly i would take James over Cunningham a good amount of the time too but i was just pointing out that James along with Lowe were not the only impressive QB's in Region 2-A

I agree, I think Cunningham is a very good QB. Really, for a Class A region, Region 2A has three really outstanding QB's. I was just stating that I would rate Lowe and James a little ahead of Cunningham.

Austin James is the best offensive player in this region. Jason Patty is the best defensive player.

Blows my mind how little love Trae Helton got from these threads. He was underutilized his entire career and was still a standout. Could and did do it all on and off the field. Never seen effort like he displayed on a gridiron, and was probably the hardest hitter pound for pound this region ever saw. Much love Goose, GOAT of Greenback
