First Official Day of Practice

Tomorrow is the first official day of practice. What will you do differently than you did this week? I guess our season has officially started.

coach how do you keep your kids running all summer ? and so motivated ?

Mike might have a point. Much of our sport is internal. You have to love it and have a tremendous desire to do well. It's become fairly competitive to make our top 7, so no one wants anyone else to get ahead. Hence, they train fairly religiously. We're pretty lucky we're at the point we are with our team. The hard part, convincing runners to run and train, is over. We all love our sport and enjoy the training. This sport really is fun if it's done right. Best of luck to all this season.
