Who are some of the best h.s. assistants?

Was just wondering who some people considered to be top flight high school assistants that would make good head coaches?

Jon Grien - Andy Poke - Steve Tilmon - Andi Stuert - Merk Tailor - Also the heavy set defensive coordinator for Lipscomb I cant think of his name - John Webber - Gary Semanchik - Chuck Pack - Bayron Binkley - I think these guys would make excellent head coaches one day.

The entire Maryville program is a great assistant coach. Starting from pee-wees all the way to the high school assistants.

Rick Collins from Riverdale who once coached at Jackson Central-Merry. Steve Britton, also from Riverdale. Ferguson and Pippenger from Oakland should get their chances soon. Woody Dillehay from Shelbyville will also get a chance soon. Byrley may not like it, but Coach Montoy is a top notch assistant coach. If Price does resign, hopefully, Montoye will be the next head coach.

I think the best coach is a guy that is a free agent right now. I don't know where he is, but his name is Coach Richardson, central high school last year. He was the defensive coordinator and he did a great job. He had the respect of kids as well as other coaches, and if i were still playing, I'd play for him. He knows what he is doing and he brings the intensity on friday nights, trust me. Wherever you are, uncled, we need you if we are going to win it all, and especially to beat maryville.

Two of the best in my mind are Cloudland's Gary Keith and Dan Winters. Coach Winters actually left for around the half of the season and came back. These two have been vital to the Highlander's sucess.

Twitty, I agree. Any one of those coaches would make a solid head coach anywhere in the state, maybe the country. It is a shame that they do not get more credit for what they do. Especially all the work they do inside school dealing with dresscode misconduct.
