addictedtosports.com
I believe the Predators have played extremely well thus far this season. I believe this may be the year for the playoffs.
dandy82
If you can learn the basic rules of hockey, there is not a better sport to watch live. TV doesn't do hockey justice. I would suggest, if you want to check out hockey, to go on a thursday nite. Ten dollar off coupon will be in Tennessean (only redeeming value of our paper), buy the 18 dollar seat for 8 dollars. All seats are good in the GEC.
WesVLT
I agree! I took my brother to a Preds game and spent a grand total of 35 bucks for tickets, food, and drink. There's not a better deal in town if you want to have lots of fun and watch a top-notch sporting event...unless UT's in town playing Vandy! dandy82
Went to the game tonight and the Preds got a huge win over Phoenix. Puts them 4 points behind us and gets the Preds within 1 point of 6th. Come have a good time sat nite and enjoy a game.
dandy82
Preds take down Minnesota tonight, 2-0. Thomas Vokoun would have two straight shutouts if we wouldn't have give up a goal in the last 8 seconds of the previous game. Come to a Preds game. Hockey is the most exciting game to watch live there is. As you come in, you will receive a free program and the basic rules are explained in the first few pages. There are tickets as cheap as 10.00. Thursday nites, if at home, you can pick up a 10.00 off coupon in the Tennessean. This team is hot and playing so much better than last year. Used to watch and you could tell the other team had more talent, but not now. All the seats are good in the GEC.
addictedtosports.com
The Preds are unbeaten in their last 7....... 5-0-2-0. That is remarkable considering where this team has been.
addictedtosports.com
Is it just me or do the Preds seem to get blown out or blow their opponent out. They seem to win 4-1 or lose 4-0.
dandy82
Preds are really struggling in both aspects of the power play. They can't do that and be consistant. We also are still not the most physical team there is, so when we play Vancouver and couple other teams we could struggle. Tootoo is the only player who really throws his body around. That's a little deceiving, because he plays around 8 minutes per game and doesn't have to worry about recouperating as much as the other players. With that said, we still need to be more physical. Game on Fox sports tonight. Playing Columbus not very good. Gotta take care ofthese teams.
AintSkeerd59
I am really hoping the Preds make it to the post-season this year. I've been following them and I am very proud of the strides they've made. Coach Trotz is doing a great job and rookies Hamhuis and Tootoo seemed to have been great picks for our team. addictedtosports.com
If the Preds do not make the playoffs this year will this be Trotz' last season? 6 years and no playoffs, is that acceptable?
AintSkeerd59
No Way! I thnikt he Preds have come a really really long way since the beginning of the Franchise. I think that if we don't make the playoffs this year, we are still much improved. I'd say within the next 2-3 years with a few more acquisitions we'll become a Stanley Cup contender. dandy82
We skipped the first 10 minutes of the 2nd period and Detroit made us pay. Last game thursday before all star game. GO PREDS!!!!!
