[/color]if anderson is a proven winner then they wouldn't have won after he left.

That is the reason they continued to win!!! He instilled a work ethic in his players that carried over until they left.

Now all the players, were exposed to Lunceford or Birchfield and Anderson's people are gone. Let's see how well they do the next couple of years?

Osubrutus,

Nice to know you went to bed early even though you are on a delay schedule. You must be dreaming. Coach Anderson is a has been. Too old to coach anymore. Find someone young and ready to coach. I also believe Coach Farthering or Coach Abel would be a great choice for the job. Or even you might want to check into the coaching field again if it opened up. With you knowledge of the game I know the Toppers would be scoring 80 points a night and giving up only 85. I mean 58. Have trouble with numbers.

On a serious side, agree with some of the earlier posts. Not always the coach's fault. Sometimes players don't do what the coach wants or teaches. Know from experience. Go back to sleep, Osubrutus.

He (Coach Anderson) tried coaching junior high ball. Ask him what his record was this year. A lot of people are coming out of retirement lately. Could be you. Really didn't want to know about your night time habits. Getting to bed early will get you in trouble, oh, I forgot you already know that.

    • I think the OC is a guy the he brought from Fulton with him. I am not sure though. I have heard a lot of conflicting information. It seems like a couple of coaches that he hired have since been let go.

    • If someone needed their grades pumped up surley it would have to be for someone needing it to get to another level. If your intending on going to work right after high school it wouldn't matter. Why would someone in their right mind think if they screwed it up in high school that their ready for college. It has to be for an athlete to get them over the fence to get in and from that point the school their going to will cheat them through the rest of the way for their athletic skills just like the rest.
    • The new school will be on that road behind Home Depot next to a church. I'm wondering if this could take from Greenback or could it be the end of Greenback, they only have 200 students.
    • Yeah it will take the county kids in that area that were going to lenior city. They will move down to 4a I think
