Just wondering about those rankings- what are the numbers out to the side? Im assuming thats why FRAs ahead of DCA?

CPA has 3 games left, all at home. They will definitely beat Montessori, so If GP beats DCA, CPA Clinches district even if they lose other 2 games. If DCA beats GP, CPA can Clinch with 2 wins or a win over DCA.

does anyone remember last year in the region when 9A got sewpt by those oh so terrible 10A teams? And people were on here making posts saying 10A might now win a game and coaches that cant get 9A jobs go to 10A? Not trying to start an argument I was just thinking about it.

That was also known as last year ill admit 9a was surprised by the less talented 10a but 10a does not have a chance this year

I can't argue, NCS03. But basketball is a game made for upsets, especially since home advantage is so great. I think 9A is stronger so far this year, but 10A could really make noise in the Region since the region is at McEwen and both McEwen and NCS have played a lot there. CPA really choked last year in the district and gave up home court advantage they had for the Regions. That took away home court advantage and 10A stepped up to the plate.

I hope CPA game with McEwen is rescheduled after last week's cancellation to give CPA a chance to play at that gym before the Regionals.

Did I say anything like "thats whats gonna happen this year" or "watch it happen again"? No I didnt, I'm not one of those people who lives in the past. I was just thinking about what happend because everyone was bad mouthing 10A and I mean everyone. I dont see a sweep, sweeps dont happen much. 9A does have some teams that could do some things this year if they are atop their game come region time.

NCS03 makes a good point by pointing out what happened last year in the region tourney with everyone prediction 10A to get drilled and they ended up sweeping the first round. Just because he reflects on the past doesn't mean he dwells in it. No one else seems to think NCS03 was trying to start anything or "live in the past." I think this can all be summed up as SHHHHHHH....simma down nah.
