KevB1990
78-70 in OT... Rutledge led by 11 going into the 4th and let it slip away...I could go on about officiating, but if the Pioneers take care of business in the last quarter it's not even an issue. Tremendous year for Rutledge...we are all proud of them...Old Roscoe still has a few tricks in his paddles I reckon.

jrock20lr
Does that Singleton guy always put on a show like he did tonight? He seemed like a great player. He had one of the best jump shots I have ever saw, and could jump out the gym. He threw down a LeBron James type of dunk that left the crowd in amazement. If anyone has anything on him, I'd like to know.
KevB1990
He wanted to make up for a bad shooting night in the district tournament...he also didn't want his career to end in Morristown like the last two graduating classes had either. And yes, he can dunk it anyway you like it dunked...
sgMEG22rebs
About Singleton.. his jump shot was on in the semi finals of district and he sure did put on a show against SG. And he can dunk it.. he is a pretty good player
hvwarrior58
quit complainin rhs,it wasnt the refs that allowed us to go on a 14-0 run.it was Rutledges defense.i saw bad calls on both sides.the refs were picky at times but very lineant at others.both teams went on runs.if it wasnt for the push and technical by #23 from Rutledge we may have not went on that run. chill
Coach Charlie Bayless never ceases to amaze me with his ability to motivate kids and intimidate referees. But let's be honest and give the refs a break on this one, if Granny Clampett was hollering at you, you'd be scared too..........of course I'm only kidding, but I remember people calling him Granny when I was in high school many moons ago.....good luck to Day and Singleton in college and the future...two great young players and fine young men....these two helped make Rutledge one of the top teams in East TN this season..........
