Maybe when Pageman gets back from vacation he can get some information on this subject.

I haven't heard anything about Page's new coach yet. The Page basketball banquet is March 31, so maybe there will be an announcement then. If I find out anything, I'll post it.

I don't know if anyone has been interviewed as of yet for the Page job. I know of only one name that has applied for the position--Coach Palmer from Oakland High School. He was an assistant under Jennifer Grandstaff for several years. If anybody knows of any one else interested in the position, please keep us posted.

I interviewed for the job. It's a very nice school. The panel of five really inpressed me with their questions. I almost got interviewed from one of the players as I waited in the office. (haha) Good luck to whomever they hire.

To Pageman,

Is there or was there someone that coached the girls, freshmen I believe by the name of Todd Garrison? He used to be the coach at Johnson County and I thought someone said he went to Page High School. Didn't know if he was there if he would be considered for the job. Thanks for any info.

Don't worry there, dbrady, I'm doing baseball now and have been real busy keeping the book, announcing, playing music, keeping the scoreboard, & doing reports for the coaches & parents.

 

dukevol, the current freshman coach is Larry Noe - I don't know about Todd Garrison or if he is being considered for the job.

 

As I stated previously, I expect some announcement at the basketball banquet to be held March 31 about the coaching position. Rumor has it that the panel of five is looking for someone with experience - also that some parents of current players may be asked for their opinions - hmmmm..... We'll have to see what develops.
