davidlimbaugh
Sorry I'm late - Nephew's birthday At Riverdale: Lebanon comes back from a 3-0 deficit with 4 in the top of the sixth literally hangs on to a 5-4 win over Warren County. With the bases-loaded and two outs in the bottom of the seventh, Haston of Warren County hit a rope to shallow center and centerfielder Butler, diving directly toward the infield, made a diving catch to end a great and exciting ballgame. In the second game, Will Underland (7-1) went the distance, scattering 9 hits, in a 7-0 Riverdale win over Blackman. Clint Alexander extended his school record-home run total to 12 and Justin Jones followed with his second of the year. Michael House (4-4) took the loss for the Blaze. At Cookeville, it was Siegel 4, White County 3 in 8 innings. Siegel led 3-0 going into the top of the 7th but White County tied the game. In the second game at Cookeville, Oakland scored 2 in the top of the 7th to win 3-1. On Monday, it will be Lebanon vs Blackman at Riverdale and Siegel vs Cookeville at Cookeville... again, sorry I'm late.
