What High School has the best Cross Country team

Who do think has best high school cross country team in the state?

Boys or girls? Public or private? Big or small? Now or when we all peak?

 

So many questions, so little time. It's just three months until we'll know for sure.

The best XC team in the state this year will be between Baylor, BA, and Houston. I think over all the years Houston has probably been the best. But then again Houston has much larger numbers than a lot of schools. I think McMinn has an excellent program although this year I dont see them beating Houston. For the amount of people they've got to work with, I think Baylor and BA are the best programs.

Knox Catholic may not have the best all around team but we have some outstanding runners for us in both girls and guys

I know BA has an excellent team, but I'm not sure what other division 2 schools have this year. As for AAA boys, my guess is Houston out of the west, Siegel in middle, and Science Hill in east tenn. All their top guys stay healthy and it could be an interesting State meet.

We will definatley be in the mix... I don't think Science Hill or Siegal will beat us..
