WOW... this is nearly too much! If you're tired of watching the Titans, watch the USA take on Russia on ESPN2. The game is 3-3 after the first period. These kids are the future of the NHL... and my how the future is bright (unless you like defensemen!). There are a couple Preds playing tonight- Ryan Suter (USA) and a couple Russians such as Radulov (sp?) who was this years first round pick for Nashville.

I wonder where Dandy is at... surely he's been watching these games. USA wins again tonight, 6-4. Up 2-0 at the start of the third before a very quick strike from Switzerland made it 2-1 and then very quickly 2-2 at like 1:04. The Americans responded with two quick goals of their own. SUI made it 5-4 but the US sealed the deal with another goal and then some fine defensive play. Final: 6-4.

 

Suter is looking good. He'll be a force with the Preds... whenever the NHL returns. Robbie Schremp is also impressive. Believe Edmonton drafted him this year, yeah? Montoya- not sure why he was looked so highly upon. Maybe he's just had a couple bad games... but tonight, let two just squirt right between his legs. He's got aways to go before the Rangers will want him in between the pipes, IMO.

      Began as a discussion, and evolved into a trainwreck...   Don't know how many of the TC "old guard" are left, but I feel for y'all.   Everybody has to get the last word... no matter the cost and sometimes the cost is high.

      He may have possibly said that to get the best out of him. Back when I was in school word got out I was going to transfer and Coach Story popped off and ask Coach Wilson in front of the team if Maryville was going to get a jock strap in return on this trade. That got back to me and I got fired up and stayed just to show them up. Now today Coach Story is one of my best friends.

      Dylan's Dad, I'm glad you replied. I wanted to reply but wasnt willing to take the bait. There were 20 wrestlers on the team. I may be mistaken and correct me if I'm wrong but I believe 5 of the 20 attend McCallie right now and one will next year. At most, there are/were 6 kids on that team who attend McC. That leaves 14 other team members who have ZERO affiliation with McC (outside of maybe some friends) who represented our state to the best of their ability and wrestled their butts off that weekend. That weekend was a first for Tennessee and obviously a small step in the right direction for us as a state. Congratulations TEAM TN BLACK!

      I am pro coach all day long but there are some knucklehead hires for sure.
