Tre Carroll of Charlotte High was the MVP of the South team after scoring 23 points to lead the South past the North in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association All-Star game Saturday at Lakeland High.

LAKELAND 

Charlotte High’s Tre Carroll scored 23 points to lead the South past the North in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association All-Star boys basketball game at Lakeland High School.

Carroll, who is headed to Florida Atlantic University, was named the Most Valuable Player for the South.

Riverview High’s Jayven Millien added 14 points for the South, which was coached by the Rams Rudy Fraraccio.
