Michaela Greene scored 22 points and also contributed six assists and five steals to lift Tri-Cities Christian to the championship game of the National Christian Schools Athletic Association (NCSAA) Division 4 Tournament with a 55-38 semifinal win over Bishop Walsh of Maryland on Friday at the Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Bella Bosken canned a trio of 3-pointers to finish with 11 points, along four steals, while Michaela Dixon scored 10 points for the Eagles, which trailed 17-15 after one quarter, but help Bishop Walsh to just 21 points the rest of the way.
Autumn Hoppert led Bishop Walsh with 17 points, Lydia Vassiliadi had 11 and Grace Ellliott finished with 10.Â
Savannah Barb had 13 rebounds and Sophie Humphrey had eight for Tri-Cities Christian (16-8), which will meet Calvary Temple Academy from Sterling, Va., in the championship game today at noon.Â
