Carter finds an ideal fit at Belmont for soccer

Now a senior, Elizabethtown High School’s Kennedy Carter has committed to attend Belmont University to continue her academic and athletic career.

A passion for soccer — a sport she has played since she was 5 as the lone girl on a boys’ team — and a love for the city of Nashville seemed like a perfect fit for Elizabethtown High School senior Kennedy Carter.

Carter has committed to Division I Belmont University in Music City and will sign with the Missouri Valley Conference school. The earliest she can sign her national letter-of-intent is in November.
