Marshall County fans get excited as the Lady Marshals near the match point in their 3-1 win over Graves County on Thursday night.
For the second time this season, the Marshall County Lady Marshals defeated the Graves County Lady Eagles. The most recent victory came on Thursday night at the Eagles Nest where the Lady Marshals walked away with a 3-1 victory, the same score the won by back on August 29.
Both teams sat even heading into Thursday night, the Lady Eagles held a 4-4 record, while the Lady Marshals sat at 3-3. The victory not only gives Marshall County needed confidence against First region opponents as the remainder of their games are against local opponents.

Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will develop across
southern Illinois and western Kentucky. Areas that see
thunderstorms could receive 1.5 to 3.0 inches of rain in just
one or two hours, with locally higher amounts up to 4 inches
possible.
