Police search for black Nissan Maxima involved in hit and run

On April 26, PSP-Dunmore responded to the scene of a hit and run crash. Mary Farrell, 50, of Ashley, was about to exit I-81 North at the River Street Exit when she was rear-ended by a black Nissan Maxima.

After impact, the Maxima left the scene at a high rate of speed off Exit 184 and through a red light. The vehicle traveled on SR 370 towards Lake Scranton. The Maxima should have front end damage and was last seen on SR 307. Anyone with any information is asked to call PSP-Dunmore at 963-3156.
