MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Rhodes men's lacrosse team picked up a convincing win on Sunday over the University of Dallas, 22-2.
Rhodes improves to 2-2 on the year while the Crusaders fall to 2-2 on the young season.
The Lynx had a host of players work into the scoring column, with
Jason Lee leading the way with four scores.
Owen Koorbusch,
Austin Bridgforth and
Alessandro Secino each netted three goals apiece.
Ryan Fennelly,
Matt Vavrek and
Peter Baricev each found the back of the cage on two different occastions.
Kevin Vieira,
Andrew Salamunovich, and
Tommy Reingruber also worked their way into the scoring column with a goal each.
Rhodes had two goal keepers earn time in the contest, with
Thomas Matthews getting the start and three saves in his 30 minutes of play.
Blake Roberts picked up 30 minutes in the contest.
The Lynx will be back in action on Feb. 28 when they travel to Piedmont College.
