MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Rhodes women's lacrosse team, coming off winning the Southern Athletic Association Tournament Title, placed 10 Lynx on the All-Conference Awards list.
Earning the title of Newcomer of the Year was first-year sensation
Kendall Cunningham. Cunningham was also named to the All-Conference First Team as an attack. Also named to the First Team was goal keeper
Sarah Daniels, fellow attack
Maggie Rippeto, midfielder
Morgan Fuller and defense
Sam Vanover.
Cunningham broke onto the scene in 2015 leading the league in goals with 66 and her 76 points on the year was third best in the conference standings. The Alexandria, Va. native boasted a hot 83.2 shooting percentage on the season.
Senior Daniels was a mainstay in the net for the Lynx, staring in over 605 minutes of play while playing in every contest. The Dallas, Texas native led the league in save percentage at 55.8 percent, and her goals against and goals against average were also a conference best at 7.21.
Rippeto was an offensive beast in her own rights, racking up 47 goals on the season with 14 assists. Fuller was unstoppable for the Lynx in the draw control circle, where she won 33 draw controls on the season. The junior also netted 34 scores and dished 14 assists in 2015. Newcomer

Brice Queener, with two assists, and five caused turnovers.
Midfielder Olivia Holmes and defenders
Elizabeth Lewis and Rachel Windmuller were named to the league's Second Team. First-year Holmes worked in 22 goals and handed out 19 assists on the season, while also scooping up 20 ground balls and winning 19 draw controls.
Windmuller and Lewis were key in the stout Lynx defense that allowed the fewest goals in the league. Lewis worked in seven goals and five assists in the season with 14 draw controls and eight caused turnovers. Windmuller worked for an impressive 30 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers.
