CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association announced the All-American Scholar Student-Athlete team, with four Lynx earning honors.
Nikki Isaacson,
Mackenzie Cohen,
Alexa Calomiris and
Maddie Rhodes earned recognition on the team by having
a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or greater. Isaacson, who placed fourth in the 2014 and 10th in the 2015 national championship tournaments, earned recognition as an All-American Scholar for the second year in a row.
"Our Women's Golf program has developed a framework and pride for being highly successful in the classroom and on the golf course," said
Mike Clary, the Lynx head golf coach. "Winning the 2014 Division III National Championship and placing fifth in the 2015 tournament are certainly great accomplishments, but I'm even more proud of how well our team achieves academically."
