MEMPHIS-Christian Brothers University softball coach Mandi Balduf announces the signing of Lewisburg High School pitcher and third baseman Sierra Anderson to a National Letter of Intent.

Anderson was a four-time first-team All-District pitcher at Lewisburg, earning All-Chickasaw Conference three times. She was also a three-time First Team All-DeSoto County selection at third base for the Patriots. As a senior, she was the team's Most Valuable Player and earned a spot on the All-DeSoto County First Team at pitcher. Also an excellent student, Anderson was a member of the National Honor Society and was her class president all four years of high school.

"She will be a great addition to our program from a versatility standpoint," Balduf said. "She has the ability to add depth to our pitching staff and she will compete at third base. We hope to capitalize on her power at the plate."
