Tim Dunford out as Tusculum men's and women's tennis coach

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WCYB) — Tusculum's Vice President of Athletics, Josh Ealy, announced Wednesday that Tim Dunford has resigned as Tusculum University men’s and women’s tennis head coach effective immediately.

Ealy indicated a national search for a new leader of the Tusculum tennis program will begin immediately.

Dunford spent just one season with Tusculum where both the men's and women's teams posted winning records before both getting ousted in the SAC Quarterfinals last week.

Before Tusculum, Dunford also spent a season as the women's head tennis coach at King University in 2018-19, before spending three seasons as the Director of Tennis Operations at Ashland University.
