Smyrna's Juan Cernas (10) and La Vergne's Claude Dusenge (15) battle for a ball during a 2018 match. Cernas is the all-area player of the year while Dusenge is a first-team member.

Cernas, who scored 23 goals with six assists for the Bulldogs, is the all-area player of the year.
