CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Fall Festival will be held Monday, Nov. 5 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Montgomery Central High School to benefit a Houston County football player who was severely injured earlier this year.

Jefferey Cox was paralyzed in a game on August 3 at Jo Byrns High School. He suffered a spinal injury and has no movement below the neck.

Cox was in treatment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and is currently at Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Fall Festival will raise funds to directly benefit Cox and his family. There will be food, inflatables, a cake walk, carnival games, and more in the MCHS auxiliary gym.
