NEWPORT—A new season for the Cocke County High School Lady Red is packed with experience to push towards an even better 2018-2019 campaign.

The Lady Red head back to the hardwood with an abundance of talent that head coach Jeremy Byrd comes in the new season very positive about. Cocke County rolls in with the leadership and experience to improve what was a 16-14 record last season, marking the program’s first winning record since a deep push into the Region 1-AAA tournament in 2013.
