Middle Tennessee picked up an in-state commitment on Saturday night.

Lausanne's Richard Kinley II gave his pledge to the Blue Raiders in a note posted on Twitter.

"First, I would like to give all the glory to God because without Him none of this would be possible," Kinley wrote. "... Last, but not least, I would like to thank Coach Robert Edwards who instilled in me the love and grind for the game. ... With that being said, my name is Richard Kinley II and I'm 100 percent committed to Middle Tennessee State University."

He is a 2-star recruit according to 247Sports' composite rankings. Kinley is the latest in a recent wave of commitments for MTSU.
