Who had the best week in the TSSAA Divsion I boys and girls state basketball tournaments?

Here are the girls candidates:

Keeley Carter, Macon Co. Carter averaged 22 points and 6.5 rebounds in two games for the Lady Tigers in the Class AA state tournament.

Abbi Douglas, Cheatham Co. The TSSAA Class AA state tournament MVP averaged 18.7 points, three assists and 3.3 steals in the Lady Cubs Class AA state championship run.

Aislynn Hayes, Riverdale. The MTSU signee averaged 22.5 points, six rebounds and 3.5 assists in two games in the Class AAA state tournament.

Emma Palmer, Mt. Juliet. Palmer had 16 points, nine rebounds and two blocks in the Lady Bears’ Class AAA state quarterfinal loss.

Karly Weathers, Loretto. The TSSAA Class A state tournament MVP averaged 24.3 points and 9.3 rebounds in the Lady Mustangs’ state runner-up finish.

Here are the boys candidates: 

Taras Carter, East Nashville. Carter averaged 15 points and 4.5 rebounds a game in two Class AA state tournament games.

Carson Cary, Columbia Academy. The TSSAA Class A state tournament MVP averaged 23 points and 5.3 rebounds in the Bulldogs’ Class A state championship run.

Harry Lackey, Brentwood. Lackey averaged 13.5 points and five rebounds in two games in the Class AAA tournament.

Ryley McClaran, Eagleville. McClaran averaged 26 points and five rebounds per game in two Class A state tournament games.

William Shaw, Pearl-Cohn. Shaw scored 23 points and had five rebounds and five assists in the Firebirds’ Class AA quarterfinal loss.
