4. Ensworth (1-0) – The Tigers were up 50-0 by halftime against Trezevant and cruised to a 57-0 rout in Roc Batten's debut as coach. Last week: No. 5. This week: vs. Hillsboro.

5. Brentwood (1-0) – Cade Granzow's touchdown run in overtime gave the Bruins a 9-6 overtime win against MBA. Last week: No. 6. This week: at Cane Ridge.

6. Blackman (0-1) – The Blaze held their own against four-time defending Class 3A state champion Alcoa before falling 23-14. Last week: No. 7. This week: vs. Ravenwood.

7. MBA (0-1) – Patrick Wilk's 54 rushing yards led the Big Red's ground game in a 9-6 overtime loss to Brentwood. Last week: No. 9. This week: vs. Pearl-Cohn.

8. Hillsboro (1-0) – Brian Covington's four touchdowns led the Burros in a 36-8 rout of Maplewood. Last week: No. 10. This week: at Ensworth.

9. Riverdale (1-0) – Taylor Yancey's two touchdown passes led the Warriors in a 42-6 rout of Clarksville Northeast. Last week: No. 11. This week: at Franklin.
