The Franklin County Rebelettes lost to the Friendship Christian School Commanders in four sets on the road Thursday for their fifth loss of the season.
The Rebelettes played a couple close sets in the match, but the Commanders convincingly won the first and last set to keep the Rebelettes winless.
The opening set of the match would also be the most lopsided for the day as the Rebelettes lost by a 25-11 margin.
They bounced back to even the match at 1-1 by winning the second set by a score of 25-20.
The Rebelettes played another close period in the third set, but the Commanders would end up claiming the frame by a score of 25-22 to take a 2-1 lead.
The Commanders then picked up a 25-16 win in the fourth and final set to finish off the match.
With the loss, the Rebelettes moved to 0-5 on the season.
They will next play Monday at home against Friendship Christian School. The match is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
