White House boys basketball senior Harrison Autman-Springer found a new gear Friday night at Westmoreland.

The forward went for a career-high 21 points as the Blue Devils knocked off the Eagles 70-61. His outing included two rim-rattling dunks and a trio of three-point makes on just four attempts. It was Autman-Springer’s fourth straight double-digit performance.

White House (4-14) has won three of its last four after struggling for the first month of the season. The lone loss in that stretch was a 48-47 defeat on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in which the Blue Devils had a last-second shot miss the mark.

Evan Webster (15 points), Durstin Adams (14) and Jacob McDonald (11) also finished in double figures against Westmoreland. McDonald led with seven assists, while Noah Johnston had a team-high seven rebounds.

Adams carried the Blue Devils with 20 points on 10-of-12 shooting against Sycamore. Autman-Springer added 11, while Webster had seven and Logan Neufeld finished with seven.

The Blue Devils have three games this week: at Springfield on Monday, versus Greenbrier on Tuesday and versus Harpeth on Friday.
