SOFTBALL: Lebanon 7, Centennial 3

LEBANON — A six-run third inning keyed Lebanon’s 7-3 victory over Centennial High Wednesday as the Lady Devils moved to 2-0 on the season.

Aly Dickerson singled and came around to score on Alaina Smith’s sac fly. Later in the frame Jordan Bush earned an RBI when she was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded.

Kyleigh Burton contributed an RBI single and and Landry Dixon capped off the scoring with a two-run double.

Dickerson pitched and earned the win with four innings of work. She allowing three runs on six hits and struck out three.

Bailey Lasater and Madi Kimble each had two hits for LHS.

SOFTBALL: Station Camp 11, Friendship Christian 0

HENDERSONVILLE — Station Camp’s Madison Croxford twirled a five-inning no-hitter Wednesday in an 4-0 victory over Friendship Christian at Drakes Creek Park.

Croxford faced 17 batters, striking out four and walking three.

Station Camp racked up 11 hits off FCS starter Kennedy West as Makenzie Woodall, Allie Pyle, and Marlecia Grigsby had hits.

BASEBALL: Webb 5, Watertown 2

KNOXVILLE — Knox Webb took an early 3-0 lead on the way to a 5-2 victory over Watertown Wednesday.

The Purple Tigers stranded 11 baserunners in the frustrating loss.

Starter Austin Brewington was the tough luck loser. He allowed six hits and five runs over five innings, striking out four with no walks. Will Weir threw one inning in relief.

Senior Jayden Jobe went 2-for-4 to pace Watertown’s offense.
