Adonai Mitchell, the No. 10 college football prospect in Tennessee for the Class of 2021, has released his top five schools.

Mitchell listed Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss and Virginia Tech as his top five.

Mitchell, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound wide receiver, played his senior season at Cane Ridge this past fall. He said he chose to reclassify to the Class of 2021 in an effort to spend next season working out to be prepared to play his freshman year.

"When I come into a college, I want to be the best me I can be," Mitchell said earlier this school year. "I'm going to take off from June to December and do straight training and enroll in January with the 2021 class.

"There is a lot of things you have to think about. I don't want to come to college and wait two or three years and then start playing."

Mitchell is the No. 56 wide receiver for the 2021 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He had 28 catches for 417 yards with five touchdowns. That came after starting the season at quarterback because of an injury to quarterback Xayvion Clemmons, who missed the first two weeks of the season.

Mitchell's family moved to Nashville from Texas prior to the season. Mitchell said he would return to Texas in the fall to work out.
