Both teams are looking to bounce back from a region loss. Arlington lost a 43-29 thriller against Houston where it returned a pair of kicks for touchdowns but gave up 21 fourth-quarter points. MUS was shut out in the fourth quarter on the road at Montgomery Bell Academy, falling 30-27. Can Missouri tight end commitment Gavin McKay help the Owls get their first non-COVID win?

Collierville picked up its first win at Gallatin thanks to a last-minute 40 yard field goal from Hudson Hollenbeck. Now the Dragons host defending DII-AA state champ ECS, which won 40-12 last week against Northpoint. Jaylen Greenwood, who scored four touchdowns in the Eagles' win, is a player to watch. Collierville receiver Scottie Alexander is as well.

Bartlett picked off six passes against Southaven, earning its first shutout win of the season. St. Benedict was shut out by Briarcrest. The Eagles, who feature the nation's top college football prospect for the Class of 2022 in defensive lineman Walter Nolen, are a victory away from matching last year's win total.

Olive Branch (3-0) at DeSoto Central (2-1)

Olive Branch's offense came alive in a 38-20 win over Cleveland Central, marking the first time the Conquistadors had scored more than 30 points this season. DeSoto Central earned a hard-fought 14-7 win against Columbus. This week, they square off in their region opener.
