Jackson area high school football playoff possibilities prior to Week 11

The high school football regular season ends on Friday, but not a single region in West Tennessee is completely decided as to who makes the playoffs.

Here are the playoff scenarios for West Tennessee regions heading into Week 11:

Region 6-1A

Huntingdon is No. 1.

The winner of the Collinwood-Wayne County game is No. 2, while the loser is No. 3.

The winner of the McEwen-Bruceton game is No. 4.

Region 7-1A

Greenfield is No. 1.

Lake County is No. 2.

If Dresden beats Humboldt, Dresden is No. 3 and West Carroll is No. 4.

If Humboldt beats Dresden and West Carroll beats Greenfield, then West Carroll is No. 3 and Dresden is No. 4.

Region 6-2A

The winner of the Waverly-Riverside game is No. 1, while the loser is No. 2.

If East Hickman beats Scotts Hill, then East Hickman is No. 3 and Scotts Hill is No. 4.

If Scotts Hill beats East Hickman and Houston County beats Hickman County, then Scotts Hill is No. 3 and Houston County is No. 4.

If Scotts Hill beats East Hickman and Hickman County beat Houston County, then Scotts Hill is No. 3 and East Hickman is No. 4.

Region 7-2A

Peabody is No. 1.

McKenzie is No. 2.

Union City is No. 3.

Adamsville is No. 4.

Unless Adamsville beats McKenzie and Halls beats Union City, then Adamsville is No. 2, McKenzie is No. 3 and Union City is No. 4.

Region 6-3A

The winner of the Fairview-Stewart County game is No. 1, while the loser is No. 2.

Harpeth is No. 3.

The winner of the Camden-Sycamore game is No. 4.

Region 7-3A

Milan is No. 1.

South Gibson is No. 2.

If Covington beats McNairy Central, then Covington is No. 3 and Westview is No. 4.

If McNairy Central beats Covington and Westview beats Milan, then Westview is No. 3 and Covington is No. 4.

Region 6-4A

Lexington is No. 1.

Hardin County is No. 2.

The winner of North Side-South Side is No. 3, and the loser is No. 4.

Region 7-4A

Haywood is No. 1.

If Crockett County beats Dyersburg, then Crockett County is No. 2, Ripley is No. 3 and Dyersburg is No. 4.

If Dyersburg beats Crockett County, then Ripley is No. 2, Dyersburg is No. 3 and Crockett County is No. 4.

Division II-A West

Davidson Academy is No. 1.

If Davidson Academy beats Jackson Christian and Nashville Christian beats TCA, then USJ is No. 2, Nashville Christian is No. 3, TCA is No. 4 and Jackson Christian is No. 5.

If Davidson Academy beats Jackson Christian and TCA beats Nashville Christian, then USJ is No. 2, TCA is No. 3, Nashville Christian is No. 4 and Jackson Christian is No. 5.

If Jackson Christian beats Davidson Academy and Nashville Christian beats TCA, then Jackson Christian is No. 2, USJ is No. 3, Nashville Christian is No. 4 and TCA is No. 5.

If Jackson Christian beats Davidson Academy and TCA beats Nashville Christian, then Jackson Christian is No. 2, USJ is No. 3, TCA is No. 4 and Nashville Christian is No. 5.

Columbia Academy is No. 6.
