Page quarterback Jake McNamara commits to Colorado State football

Page's Jake McNamara knows where he'll be heading once his high school career is over.

McNamara, the younger brother of Michigan quarterback Cade McNamara and Western Kentucky receiver Kyle McNamara, announced on Twitter his commitment to Colorado State. 

McNamara, 5-foot-11, 185 pounds, also held offers from Eastern Kentucky and Utah State. He is not ranked by 247Sports.

McNamara threw for more than 2,000 yards with 18 passing touchdowns and three rushing TDs as a junior in his first season as a starter.

Page finished 5-5 in 2020 in McNamara's first season at the Williamson County school. The Patriots lost 43-7 to Hillsboro in the opening round of the Class 5A playoffs. McNamara played his sophomore season at Lipscomb Academy along with his Kyle McNamara.

He is the seventh Nashville area college football recruit for the Class of 2022 to make a college commitment.
