Penciling in Baylor atop the standings at the state swimming and diving meet has become a winter ritual, and the Red Raiders and Lady Red Raiders seem determined to make the eraser irrelevant.

Baylor swept all three Tennessee Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association championships for the third consecutive year Saturday night in Nashville, with the two-day competition winding up with a 17th straight combined title for the programs, a fourth straight title for the girls and a third straight title for the boys.

The combined championship race was a rout as Baylor totaled 604.5 points, well ahead of runner-up Farragut (231) of Knoxville, while other Chattanooga programs were second in girls' and boys' competition.

Baylor's girls totaled 252 points, with GPS (175) the runner-up and Farragut (167) third. Baylor's boys totaled 352.5, followed by McCallie (269.5) and Montgomery Bell Academy (166).
